Branding puts you in front of everyone else. When you brand you are putting goals in place for your growing real estate business. You are giving your community and your “niche” market a name they can trust for years to come. Another major benefit of branding: Should you ever decide to switch brokerages, or go out on your own – no worries  – everyone already knows you for your brand.  They won’t notice your brokerage change as much as they’ll notice YOU!

Blogging on your website and then posting each one to your social media networks is huge!  Making such announcements as a new listing, new sale, local events, benefits you’re involved in, market updates, etc., I can’t stress enough is so very important to do. Why?…it’s simple: When you post to your website blog you are adding SEO & tags (or at least you should be able to). Doing this is helping your website grow up through the search engines, making your brand and listings more noticeable. Tip: Have photos on as many blog posts as possible –  people want to visually see images & when you post to your social media networks such as LinkedIn  those images will appear in your post. Also, include links back to your site so viewers can read more details.
