~Establish partnerships with local area businesses. Connect & develop relationships with local businesses and request to put your real estate cards or listing information at their front desk or bulletin board.

~Sponsor community events. Local events, churches, schools, and sports events are constantly seeking sponsors. Look into fees in exchange for brand advertising on booklets, t-shirts, banners, flyers, etc.

~Advertise your business and listings in local media. Advertise your brand in local media like newspaper, magazine, radio, television, etc. to get your messaging in front of local leads. Don’t forget to connect with them through social media as well. That’s a whole other level of “door knocking” – online. Those folks who are connected to your community & those who visit will see your likes, shares, comments, and posts as well…increasing your online advertising presence.
